Key Responsibilities

Project Manager

• Lead façade, aluminium, curtain wall, cladding, and glass projects.
• Manage project planning, execution, resources, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and overall performance.
• Resolve project issues and support effective decision-making.

Site Manager / Construction Manager

• Manage day-to-day site construction activities.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and project resources.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work follows project requirements.
• Maintain site productivity, quality, safety, and schedule performance.
• Coordinate with project management and engineering teams.

Project Engineer

• Support technical planning and execution of façade and construction works.
• Coordinate engineering activities with project and site teams.
• Review technical documentation, drawings, and project requirements.
• Support construction planning, technical coordination, and problem-solving.
• Assist with project documentation and technical reporting.

Supervisor / Foreman

• Supervise construction and installation activities on site.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant education or technical qualifications for the position applied for.
