A leading organization is seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to lead the execution of EPC Oil & Gas and industrial projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Construction Manager will oversee project execution from mobilization through construction, commissioning, and final handover. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of EPC Oil & Gas and industrial construction projects.
• Manage construction activities from mobilization through final handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within approved budgets.
• Ensure construction activities comply with ADNOC requirements, project specifications, and applicable international standards.
• Manage construction methodologies and execution strategies.
• Coordinate project planning and construction schedules.
• Monitor project resources and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Manage subcontractor performance and construction activities.
• Coordinate construction activities with engineering, procurement, commissioning, and project management teams.
• Support commissioning and project handover activities.
• Manage construction-related contractual requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and project teams.
• Identify construction risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Resolve technical, construction, scheduling, and coordination issues.
• Maintain strong focus on safety, quality, schedule, cost, and project performance.
• Support successful delivery of brownfield EPC projects and complex industrial facilities where applicable.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of construction management experience in the UAE.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing EPC Oil & Gas projects.
• Mandatory previous ADNOC project experience.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, specifications, and project execution requirements.
• Experience with ADNOC projects involving CDS or Process Plant facilities is highly preferred.
• Experience with brownfield EPC projects is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing projects from mobilization through construction, commissioning, and final handover.
• Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent knowledge of project planning and construction methodologies.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and resource management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage complex EPC construction environments.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification — Preferred.
• FIDIC Contract Management certification — Preferred.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification — Advantage.
