Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary according to the selected position and may include:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services and microservice architectures.
• Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications.
• Build and maintain modern Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Implement automated testing across web, mobile, API, and performance environments.
• Develop AI platforms and applications using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
• Support AI evaluation, quality assessment, reliability, and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and technical teams on large-scale technology projects.
• Apply software engineering best practices, clean architecture, testing methodologies, and secure development practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, technical documentation, and professional development.
• Support the delivery of technology solutions for large-scale UAE Government initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

General Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
• Relevant professional experience based on the requirements of the selected position.
• Strong programming and software engineering skills relevant to the specific role.
• Experience working with modern development frameworks, platforms, and engineering tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within distributed and offshore engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality practices.
