Job Overview

We are seeking a Data & Performance Analyst to join a team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is suited to an analytical professional with experience in data analysis, performance analysis, business insights, forecasting, and KPI management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret operational and performance data.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, patterns, variances, and performance gaps.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to determine factors affecting business and operational performance.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries for management.
• Perform trend and variance analysis.
• Support forecasting and performance planning activities.
• Transform complex datasets into clear and actionable business insights.
• Develop and monitor performance measures and KPIs.
• Use Microsoft Excel and analytical tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for operational and business performance improvement.

• Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Support data-driven decision-making across business functions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in Data Analysis, Performance Analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of:
  • Statistical Analysis
  • Trend Analysis
  • Variance Analysis
  • Forecasting
  • Pattern Recognition
  • Root-Cause Analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Experience or knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain analytical findings to stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
