Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced DNS Administrator to support critical enterprise infrastructure in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong hands-on expertise across Enterprise DNS, DHCP and IPAM (DDI) environments, with particular emphasis on Infoblox DDI platforms, DNS security, Microsoft DNS, Active Directory-integrated DNS/DHCP, and hybrid cloud DNS services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining reliable, secure, and high-performing network services within critical production environments. Experience with DNSSEC, RPZ, DNS threat mitigation, Azure DNS, AWS Route 53, IPAM automation, and DNS monitoring and troubleshooting will be highly relevant to the position.

This is a 3-month contract position with the potential for extension, providing an opportunity to strengthen enterprise infrastructure expertise and gain further professional development experience across DDI, cloud networking, DNS security, and production infrastructure environments. Banking or financial services experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise DNS, DHCP and IPAM/DDI environments.
• Manage and maintain Infoblox DDI platforms and DNS security solutions.
• Administer Microsoft DNS and Active Directory-integrated DNS/DHCP services.
• Manage DNS zones, delegations, records, architecture, and related configurations.
• Implement and support DNSSEC, RPZ, and DNS threat mitigation solutions.
• Manage DNS services across hybrid cloud environments using Azure DNS and AWS Route 53.
• Support IPAM solutions and network service automation.
• Monitor DNS services, logging, performance, and availability.
• Troubleshoot DNS and network service issues within critical production environments.
• Analyze DNS performance and identify potential infrastructure issues.
• Work with TCP/IP, routing, and firewall concepts when diagnosing network service problems.
• Support load balancing and GSLB environments where required.
• Maintain reliable and secure enterprise network services.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to complex infrastructure issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise DNS, DHCP and IPAM/DDI environments.
• Experience supporting critical production environments.
• Banking or financial services experience is an added advantage.
