Job Overview

SIBCA is hiring 4 experienced Electrical BIM Modelers to join its team at the SIBCA headquarters in Abu Dhabi. The positions are focused on supporting high-profile projects through accurate electrical Building Information Modeling (BIM), with strong emphasis on Revit and LOD 400 model development.

The opportunity is suited to professionals with a minimum of two years of experience in electrical BIM modeling and hands-on knowledge of industry-standard BIM tools. Experience with Fire & Life Safety systems is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed electrical BIM models using Revit.
• Produce accurate BIM models in accordance with project requirements.
• Work with LOD 400 modeling requirements.
• Coordinate electrical BIM information with relevant project disciplines.
• Review and update models based on project changes and technical requirements.
• Support BIM coordination and model development activities.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across electrical models.
• Apply appropriate BIM standards and workflows to project deliverables.
• Support project teams with electrical BIM documentation and model information.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and relevant BIM tools.
• Hands-on experience developing LOD 400 models.
• Practical knowledge of electrical BIM modeling workflows.
• Experience with Fire & Life Safety systems is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and model accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Candidates currently on a Visit Visa are preferred.
• Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
