A company is seeking experienced engineering and quality professionals for ongoing wind energy and industrial construction projects in Duqm, Oman. The available opportunities cover Wind Turbine Generator and Wind Turbine Factory operations, with positions across electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and quality assurance and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary according to the position and may include:

• Support engineering and construction activities for wind energy and industrial projects.
• Provide technical engineering support within the assigned discipline.
• Coordinate engineering activities with project, construction, and site teams.
• Review technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Support installation, construction, commissioning, and project execution activities as applicable.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities comply with approved engineering requirements.
• For QAQC roles, support quality assurance and quality control activities across mechanical or civil works.
• Identify technical or quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain relevant engineering, inspection, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support safe, efficient, and timely project execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Electrical Engineering qualification for Electrical Engineer positions.
• Mechanical Engineering qualification for Mechanical Engineer positions.
• Mechanical or Civil Engineering background for the QAQC Engineer position.
• Relevant experience in wind energy, construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge relevant to the assigned engineering discipline.
• Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite project environment.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Oman-based candidates are preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
