Job Overview

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join a residential compound team in Erbil, Iraq. The role focuses on supporting electrical systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, and day-to-day building electrical operations within a residential compound environment.

The successful candidate will work with electrical systems, generators, UPS systems, distribution boards, and AutoCAD. The position is suitable for both fresh graduates and early-career electrical engineers, with 1–2 years of experience in building electrical works preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the operation and maintenance of electrical systems within the residential compound.
• Inspect and maintain electrical infrastructure and equipment.
• Support the maintenance of generators, UPS systems, and distribution boards.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and assist with corrective maintenance.
• Identify electrical system issues and support timely resolution.
• Use AutoCAD for electrical drawings and related technical documentation.
• Assist with routine electrical inspections and maintenance activities.
• Support safe and reliable operation of building electrical systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams when resolving electrical issues.
• Maintain appropriate technical and maintenance records.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in building electrical works is preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems.
• Knowledge of generators, UPS systems, and distribution boards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good electrical troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
• Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Kurdish or Arabic.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Salary: 1,200,000 IQD
