Job Overview

AL MOFTAH AL DHABI BUILDING CONTRACTING L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to support high-rise building projects in Dubai, UAE. The position is suitable for an electrical engineering professional with 3–5 years of experience, including relevant UAE high-rise building experience.

The Electrical Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising electrical installations, monitoring site activities and project progress, maintaining technical documentation, and coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams. The role also requires a strong focus on HSE compliance, quality workmanship, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage electrical installation activities on construction sites.
• Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation.
• Coordinate electrical activities with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Inspect electrical works to ensure quality workmanship and technical compliance.
• Coordinate with project teams to support timely completion of electrical works.
• Identify site issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Support efficient execution of electrical installation activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical site engineering.
• Proven UAE high-rise building experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation and construction site practices.
• Ability to interpret and work from electrical drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Good understanding of HSE and quality requirements in construction environments.
• Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction site environment.
