Job Overview

A fast-growing technology startup in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to provide technical leadership across engineering teams while continuing to drive product and platform development. The role is suited to a confident technical leader who can balance hands-on engineering knowledge with team management, mentoring, and strategic technology direction.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript, which are mandatory for the position. Previous AdTech experience is desirable, although strong engineering professionals without direct AdTech experience may also be considered. Experience with Golang is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams within a fast-growing technology startup.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Engineering Management or technical engineering leadership.
• Strong Node.js experience – mandatory.
• Strong TypeScript experience – mandatory.
• Strong software engineering and technical leadership capabilities.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and developing engineering teams.
• Ability to remain technically engaged while leading engineering teams.
• Strong product and platform development experience.
• Golang experience is highly desirable.
• Previous AdTech experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Confident technical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-growing startup environment.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

The position offers compensation of up to AED 38,000 per month, plus benefits.
