Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join an onsite team in Muscat, Oman. The role requires more than 10 years of professional experience with strong expertise across telecom, enterprise architecture, presales, cloud technologies, API and microservices architecture, and emerging AI/GenAI solutions.

The successful candidate will contribute to enterprise-level technology architecture and solution development, supporting business and technical requirements across telecom environments. Strong knowledge of eTOM/TM Forum frameworks, cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and AI/GenAI is essential, along with the ability to contribute to presales activities and develop appropriate technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Design scalable and integrated technology architectures for telecom environments.
• Develop enterprise solutions using APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies.
• Evaluate and incorporate AI and GenAI capabilities into enterprise technology solutions.
• Support presales activities through technical solution design and architecture discussions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture.
• Apply eTOM and TM Forum frameworks to relevant telecom architecture initiatives.
• Evaluate technology platforms, integration approaches, and architectural patterns.
• Support cloud adoption and enterprise cloud architecture initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and client stakeholders.
• Prepare solution architecture documents, technical proposals, and presentations.
• Support technical discussions, solution workshops, and client engagements.
• Ensure proposed architectures address scalability, integration, security, and operational requirements.
• Contribute to digital transformation and enterprise technology modernization initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong telecom industry experience.
• Proven enterprise architecture experience.
• Strong presales experience.
• Hands-on understanding of AI/GenAI technologies and enterprise use cases.
• Strong knowledge of API and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud technologies and platforms.
• Knowledge of eTOM / TM Forum frameworks.
• Strong enterprise integration and solution architecture knowledge.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
