Job Overview

We are seeking qualified Evaluators for an upcoming opportunity in Oman, with 12 positions available. The role is focused on assessment and evaluation activities related to digital transformation, institutional performance, quality management, government services, and organizational maturity.

Candidates with experience in digital transformation, institutional assessment, maturity assessment, auditing, quality reviews, government services, or performance evaluation are preferred. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement, documentation, communication, and assessment capabilities, making it suitable for professionals interested in institutional performance and organizational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct institutional and organizational assessments based on defined evaluation requirements.
• Support digital transformation and maturity assessment activities.
• Review organizational processes, services, and performance indicators.
• Conduct quality reviews and assessment activities.
• Evaluate government services and institutional performance where applicable.
• Gather, review, and document assessment information.
• Prepare clear and structured assessment documentation and reports.
• Engage with stakeholders to collect relevant information and clarify requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement based on assessment findings.
• Communicate assessment observations and requirements professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation throughout the evaluation process.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Information Technology

  • Business Administration
  • Public Administration
  • Engineering
  • Quality Management
  • Or a related field
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
  • Digital Transformation
  • Institutional Assessment
  • Maturity Assessment
  • Audit
  • Quality Review
  • Government Services
  • Performance Evaluation
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and assessment capabilities.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Omani nationals will be prioritized.
