Available Positions

Accountant

Responsible for supporting financial and accounting activities, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to effective financial administration within facility management operations.

Project Administrator

Supports project documentation, coordination, reporting, scheduling, and administrative activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Procurement Representative

Supports procurement activities, supplier coordination, purchasing processes, documentation, and timely availability of required materials and services.

Storekeeper

Responsible for inventory control, receiving and issuing materials, maintaining stock records, and supporting efficient warehouse and facility operations.

Fire Inspector

Supports fire safety inspections, compliance activities, identification of potential hazards, and implementation of appropriate fire prevention and safety procedures.

QA/QC Specialist

Supports quality assurance and quality control activities, inspections, documentation, compliance monitoring, and maintenance of required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform role-specific duties related to facility management, maintenance, operations, administration, procurement, accounting, stores, fire safety, or quality control.
• Support efficient day-to-day operational and project activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, reports, and relevant supporting information.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant facility management experience.
• Proven experience in the same or a similar role is mandatory.
• Relevant experience in facility management and maintenance operations is essential.
• Relevant professional certification where applicable.
• Good command of the English language.
