Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of healthcare consulting service offerings.
• Mentor and coach consulting team members to support professional development.
• Identify client needs and develop tailored healthcare solutions.
• Conduct business analysis and build compelling business cases for organizational change.
• Assess clinical pathways and patient journeys to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure healthcare outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop project roadmaps and actionable implementation plans.
• Manage end-to-end consulting projects and healthcare transformation programs.
• Prepare portfolio reviews and present project progress to steering committees.
• Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to drive evidence-based decisions.
• Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to improve patient-focused care pathways.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend sustainable improvement strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or a related discipline:
  • Healthcare Management
  • Quality and Process Management
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Healthcare Marketing

Experience

• Experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare environments.
• Exposure to business development, marketing, quality management, or process improvement.
• Experience with a top-tier consulting firm (including Big Four consulting firms) or a leading healthcare organization is preferred.
