Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and HR operations in Jordan. Reporting to the HRD, the role will focus on HR strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, labor law compliance, HR policy implementation, and data-driven workforce management.
The HRBP will work closely with business leaders, regional HR teams, and Group Headquarters to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and management standards. The position will also support recruitment, onboarding, employee separation, disciplinary processes, workforce planning, labor cost management, and compliance with applicable Jordanian employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Business Partnership
- Support business leaders with organizational structure and workforce planning.
- Assist with labor cost management and workforce optimization.
- Use HR data and analytical tools to develop practical HR solutions.
- Support HR initiatives aligned with business growth and operational efficiency.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Manage employee relations matters in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee separation, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure HR processes are implemented consistently and effectively.
- Address employee-related matters and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
Labor Law Compliance
- Monitor changes to Jordanian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Assess the impact of regulatory changes on HR operations.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable local legal requirements.
- Support the organization in maintaining appropriate employment documentation and processes.
HR Policy Implementation
- Coordinate with Group Headquarters on HR policies and procedures.
- Implement management standards within the Jordan office.
- Adapt HR practices to local business and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes.
Regional HR Coordination
- Facilitate communication between the Jordan office, regional HR teams, and Group Headquarters.
- Support consistent implementation of HR management standards.
- Coordinate regional HR initiatives and ensure effective execution.
HR Data Analysis & Cost Control
- Monitor key HR metrics including headcount and employee turnover.
- Track and analyze labor costs.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Previous experience in an HRBP or HR Generalist role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and workforce planning.
- Knowledge of HR data analysis and labor cost management.
- Familiarity with Jordanian labor laws and local employment practices is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
- Strong execution, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Previous experience in a multinational company or international business environment is an advantage.
