Key Responsibilities

Lead Talent Acquisition

• Lead talent acquisition activities across the organization.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Identify and attract qualified construction and corporate professionals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Develop talent pipelines for current and future business requirements.
• Support workforce planning and recruitment reporting.
• Maintain professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Payroll Specialist

• Manage payroll processing and related HR administration.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records.
• Coordinate payroll-related documentation and reporting.
• Ensure payroll processes are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Support compliance with applicable employment and payroll requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments regarding payroll matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation information.

Employee Relations Specialist

• Support employee relations activities and HR operations.
• Handle employee queries and workplace-related concerns.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with employee engagement and workforce initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee documentation.
• Support communication between employees and management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous HR experience within the UAE or GCC construction industry.

• Candidates who can join the UAE market quickly are preferred.

Lead Talent Acquisition

• Strong experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Experience recruiting within the construction sector is highly relevant.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.

Payroll Specialist

• Strong payroll administration experience.
• Good understanding of payroll processes and employee compensation.
• Strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Relevant HR, payroll, finance, or business qualification is advantageous.

Employee Relations Specialist
