Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist / Senior Integration Specialist to support enterprise application integrations, APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party systems. The role involves connecting business applications and systems while supporting reliable data exchange and system-to-system integration.

The successful candidate will work with REST and SOAP APIs, JSON and XML, middleware and enterprise integration platforms, authentication mechanisms, and API troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities

• Design, support, and maintain integrations between enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Develop and troubleshoot REST and SOAP APIs and web services.

• Support middleware and enterprise integration platforms.
• Implement and manage API authentication using OAuth, API keys, and tokens.
• Troubleshoot API connectivity, integration, and data synchronization issues.
• Support system-to-system and application-to-application integrations.
• Perform basic SQL queries and database-related troubleshooting.
• Work with API gateways, ESB platforms, microservices, or cloud integration environments where applicable.
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve integration issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience in application and enterprise integration.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs / Web Services.
• Experience working with JSON and XML.
• Knowledge of middleware and enterprise integration platforms.
• Understanding of OAuth, API keys, and authentication tokens.
• Experience with system-to-system and application integration.
• Strong API troubleshooting and data synchronization skills.
• Basic SQL and database knowledge.
• Exposure to API Gateway, ESB, Microservices, or Cloud Integration is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/off-site environment.
