A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company is seeking an experienced IT Executive to join its team in Sulemani, Iraq. As an IT Executive, you will provide end-to-end IT support, manage servers and network infrastructure, maintain ERP systems, and ensure system security and data integrity. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support across the manufacturing facility.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Support ERP systems and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure system security, data backups, and data integrity.
• Diagnose and resolve IT-related incidents reported by end users.
• Monitor and maintain Windows Server environments.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

• 5–7 years of professional IT experience.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of networking technologies.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration.
• Hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• System security, backup, and disaster recovery knowledge.
