Job Overview

Foreground is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join a leading organization in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a technology leader with broad experience across IT infrastructure, IT operations, cybersecurity, service delivery, business continuity, and technical team management.

The successful candidate will oversee IT infrastructure and operations while managing technology projects, vendors, contracts, licensing, budgets, and service delivery. Strong expertise across Microsoft environments, cloud services, networking, virtualization, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and security controls is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, operations, and technical teams.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Entra ID environments.
• Manage virtualization, storage, backup, networking, and cloud services.
• Lead IT service delivery and major incident management activities.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities.
• Ensure appropriate security controls across IT infrastructure and operations.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, licensing, and technology projects.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand technology requirements.
• Lead technical teams and ensure effective service delivery.
• Support technology planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, reliability, and operational risks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience managing IT infrastructure and technical teams.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft environments, including:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Windows Server
  • Active Directory
  • Entra ID
• Experience with virtualization, storage, backup, networking, and cloud services.
• Proven experience in IT service delivery and major incident management.
• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Strong understanding of IT security controls.
• Experience managing IT budgets, vendors, contracts, licensing, and technology projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft technologies, cloud, networking, virtualization, or cybersecurity are an advantage.
