Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure, cloud environments, networks, endpoints, and the overall technology environment.
- Lead and oversee PDPL compliance activities.
- Implement data protection controls and privacy requirements.
- Establish and maintain effective data governance practices.
- Conduct and support PDPL and information-security compliance assessments.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, standards, and governance frameworks aligned with PDPL and ISO 27001.
- Ensure appropriate data residency, hosting, access controls, backup, and information-security measures.
- Manage ERP, HRMS, Payroll, and CRM systems and their integrations.
- Ensure reliable connectivity and integration with Saudi government platforms, including ZATCA, Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and Muqeem.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and information-security programs.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities.
- Manage IT risk and technology-related compliance requirements.
- Manage IT vendors, software licensing, procurement, SLAs, and service delivery.
- Establish appropriate audit trails and support internal and regulatory audits.
- Lead and develop the IT team.
- Provide strategic technology recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure technology services support business objectives, operational continuity, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- IT Engineering
- Related field
- Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience
- 8+ years of IT experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in an enterprise environment.
- Practical experience with Saudi PDPL and data privacy requirements.
- Proven experience in PDPL implementation, data governance, information security, and compliance.
- Experience implementing and managing ERP, HRMS, Payroll, and CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, business continuity, disaster recovery, and IT governance.
- Experience with Saudi government platforms and regulatory requirements is highly preferred.
