Job Overview

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join an on-site team in Dubai, UAE. The role involves supporting day-to-day IT operations, maintaining network connectivity, assisting users with account and access requirements, and ensuring IT systems and equipment remain reliable and secure.

The successful candidate will contribute to effective IT infrastructure support by troubleshooting LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity, maintaining IT assets, coordinating with external IT vendors, and supporting system maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network connectivity and troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi issues.
• Troubleshoot routers, switches, and other network infrastructure.
• Create and manage user accounts.
• Handle password resets and access requests.
• Support system maintenance, updates, and security checks.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and equipment.
• Monitor IT equipment and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Assist with resolving day-to-day technical issues.
• Support IT infrastructure reliability and operational continuity.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, technical support, network support, or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of LAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Understanding of routers, switches, and basic network infrastructure.
• Experience with user account management and access control.
• Knowledge of system maintenance, updates, and basic IT security practices.
• Ability to maintain accurate IT asset records.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.
