Job Overview

AIMS is seeking an experienced IT Support (Tier 3) professional to support enterprise infrastructure and IT operations in Kuwait. The role requires extensive experience in enterprise environments, advanced troubleshooting, systems administration, virtualization, Microsoft technologies, and data center infrastructure.

The successful candidate will work with complex infrastructure technologies including VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Citrix, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, SQL, and enterprise server platforms. Strong technical troubleshooting and systems administration capabilities are essential for supporting reliable IT operations.

This position is suited to an experienced IT infrastructure professional seeking to further develop expertise across virtualization, cloud, Microsoft, enterprise systems, and infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise infrastructure and IT operations.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and systems administration issues.
• Support VMware ESX/ESXi hosts and vCenter environments.
• Administer virtual servers and virtual environments.
• Support Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and XenServer environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Hyper-V infrastructure.
• Support load balancing and clustering environments.
• Administer Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Work with VMware Converter and Lab Manager.
• Support Microsoft SCCM infrastructure.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange and SQL environments.
• Support SCVMM and enterprise virtualization platforms.
• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory environments.
• Support Nutanix infrastructure and related technologies.
• Work with HP, Dell, and IBM server environments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong experience in enterprise infrastructure and IT operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and systems administration skills.
• Experience supporting VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Citrix, and Microsoft environments.

Required Certifications:

• Nutanix Certified Professional or equivalent.
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert or Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security.
