Job Overview

AirLinksin is working with a direct client on a long-term remote opportunity for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer. The position is suited to professionals with strong hands-on experience across both backend and frontend development, including Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and microservices.

The successful candidate will work with modern cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and contribute to full stack application development. Experience with modern AI tools and AI-assisted development is required, while exposure to GenAI, LLM integration, containerization, CI/CD, and relational databases will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
• Build backend services using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
• Build responsive frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Work with Hibernate and relational database technologies.
• Design and develop scalable cloud-based applications.
• Work with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Apply modern AI tools and AI-assisted development practices.
• Collaborate across frontend and backend development activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
• Participate in software development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
• Contribute to modern engineering practices and scalable application architecture.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong professional experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Java.
• Strong knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot.
• Experience with Hibernate.
• Frontend development experience with React.js.
• Strong JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 skills.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with modern AI tools and AI-assisted development.
• Ability to work across both backend and frontend technologies.
• Candidates must be local to California.
