Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Project Controls Analyst to support project teams with cost control, budget tracking, progress monitoring, forecasting, and change management activities. The role works closely with senior project-controls professionals to maintain accurate project information and support timely project reporting.
The position provides an opportunity for early-career professionals to develop practical experience across project controls, cost management, progress measurement, procurement planning, subcontractor coordination, project billing, and change management. The role may involve both office and project-site activities depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project budget setup, maintenance, and updates.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly cost-control system updates and project-control reports.
- Assist with progress measurement, monitoring, and reporting against approved plans.
- Support updates to Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
- Assist with procurement plans, staffing plans, and other project-control tools.
- Support cost and progress variance analysis.
- Prepare supporting management reports.
- Assist with reviewing subcontractor payment applications and supplier invoices.
- Track subcontractor performance, project progress, and cost commitments.
- Support identification, documentation, and tracking of project changes and change orders.
- Assist with project billing and supporting documentation.
- Participate in project review meetings and prepare meeting minutes or supporting reports.
- Perform additional project-controls activities assigned by the Project Controls team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in Project Controls, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Ability to meet reporting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Professional integrity and ability to handle confidential project and financial information.
- Ability to collaborate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel or relocate according to project requirements.
Preferred Technical Skills
- Exposure to project management systems such as Procore or Unifier.
- Knowledge of accounting or ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, Vista, or SAP.
- Basic knowledge of Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling tools.
- Experience with large industrial or construction projects is desirable.
