Key Responsibilities

Junior Project Engineer

• Assist in planning and coordinating luxury villa fit-out projects.
• Monitor construction progress and site activities.
• Support project documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Junior Joinery Draftsman

• Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings and technical drawings.
• Coordinate drawing revisions with project teams.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications.
• Support production and installation teams.

Joinery Site Supervisor

• Supervise joinery installation activities on site.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules and workmanship.

Site Engineer / Supervisor

• Supervise daily construction and fit-out activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications.
• Coordinate site execution and contractor activities.
• Prepare site reports and monitor project progress.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline, depending on the position.

Experience

• Proven experience in luxury residential villa fit-out projects within the UAE.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
• Experience relevant to the applied position is mandatory.
