Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Malaysia Cards Domain Anchor to support cards and payments initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. This permanent hybrid position is suited to professionals with 8+ years of experience across card issuing, payments, banking technology, and regional cards implementations.

The role requires strong expertise across credit and debit card issuing platforms, including PowerCARD, SICS, CardLink, and CMS, along with knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and MyDebit ecosystems. The successful candidate will contribute across business and solution architecture, API and system integration, data mapping, testing, migration, and production cutover activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and provide domain expertise for cards and payments initiatives within the Malaysian banking environment.
• Support credit and debit card issuing solutions and related technology platforms.
• Work with card management and issuing platforms such as PowerCARD, SICS, CardLink, and CMS.
• Support integration activities involving APIs and interconnected banking and payment systems.
• Contribute to business analysis and solution architecture activities.
• Perform and validate data mapping for cards and payments implementations.
• Coordinate and support SIT and UAT activities.
• Support data migration planning, validation, and execution.
• Contribute to migration and production cutover activities.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders across Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
• Support the successful delivery of cards and payments technology initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in Cards, Payments, or Banking.
• Strong knowledge of credit and debit card issuing.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of PowerCARD, SICS, CardLink, or CMS.
• Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and MyDebit payment ecosystems.
• Experience across Business Analysis (BA) and Solution Architecture (SA) functions.
• Strong understanding of API and system integration.
• Experience with data mapping and migration activities.
• Practical experience with SIT and UAT.
• Experience supporting migration and production cutover.
• Regional experience across Malaysia, Singapore, and/or Hong Kong is highly relevant.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
