An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Mechanical BIM Modeler in Msheireb, Qatar for a 4-month project with the possibility of extension. The role is focused on mechanical BIM modeling, Scan to BIM workflows, and digital construction documentation for building and construction projects.

The successful candidate will work extensively with Revit MEP, Autodesk ReCap, mechanical BIM workflows, and Scan to BIM processes. Strong practical experience in Scan to BIM and Autodesk ReCap will be given priority, making this role particularly suitable for professionals with specialized BIM modeling expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate mechanical BIM models for building and construction projects.
• Execute Scan to BIM workflows using relevant point-cloud data.
• Utilize Autodesk ReCap for scan and point-cloud processing.
• Develop and maintain mechanical models using Revit MEP.
• Apply established mechanical BIM workflows and modeling standards.
• Convert scan data into accurate BIM models.
• Coordinate mechanical BIM models with project requirements.
• Review models for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Support BIM coordination and digital construction documentation.
• Make necessary model revisions based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, architectural, and construction teams.
• Maintain organized BIM files and project documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in Mechanical BIM Modeling.
• Good hands-on experience in Scan to BIM.
• Autodesk ReCap experience is mandatory.
• Experience in building and construction projects.
• Good knowledge of Revit MEP.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical BIM workflows.
• Practical knowledge of point-cloud and scan-based modeling.
• Strong attention to model accuracy and technical detail.
• Ability to work effectively within project and BIM coordination teams.
• Candidates with strong Scan to BIM and Autodesk ReCap experience will be given priority.
