Job Overview

An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to join a construction project in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for professionals with extensive expertise in Revit MEP modeling, HVAC, plumbing, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) within commercial and industrial construction projects.

The successful candidate will develop and coordinate accurate MEP models, collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, and ensure project deliverables meet design and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed MEP BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Prepare accurate HVAC, plumbing, ducting, piping, and electrical layouts.
• Create and manage custom Revit families based on project requirements.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Review project drawings and specifications to ensure model accuracy.
• Identify and resolve model clashes through BIM coordination processes.
• Support engineering teams with model updates and design revisions.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM execution plans, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience using Revit MEP software.
• Strong experience in MEP systems, including HVAC and Plumbing design.
• Proven ability to develop and customize Revit Families.
• Experience preparing duct systems, electrical layouts, plumbing layouts, and piping designs.
• Strong understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows and coordination.
• Excellent technical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Candidates must be currently based in Dubai with a valid Emirates ID (EID).
• Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, BIM Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Autodesk Revit, BIM, or related technical certifications are advantageous.
