Job Overview

Digital Hub is hiring a Mid-Level .NET Backend Developer to join its engineering team and contribute to the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. The role focuses on backend architecture, API development, database performance, and building clean and maintainable software solutions.

The position provides an opportunity to work with modern backend technologies including C#, ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, SignalR, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, Clean Architecture, and CQRS. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Develop RESTful and real-time APIs using SignalR.
• Implement validation, background jobs, notifications, caching, and observability solutions.
• Design and implement solutions using Clean Architecture and CQRS principles.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT and role-based access control.
• Apply OOP and SOLID principles to create maintainable and extensible systems.
• Develop high-performance database queries using Entity Framework Core.
• Work with SQL Server, including query optimization, indexing, views, and stored procedures.
• Troubleshoot backend issues in production environments.
• Stay current with modern backend technologies and contribute ideas for continuous technical improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of SignalR and real-time application development.
• Strong understanding of Entity Framework Core.
• Experience with SQL Server and database performance optimization.
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture and CQRS principles.
• Understanding of JWT authentication and role-based access control.
• Strong knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles.
• Experience working with production systems and troubleshooting backend issues.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with RabbitMQ or other message brokers.
• Experience with Redis or distributed caching.
• Experience with Hangfire or other background-processing tools.
• Experience with payment gateways and payment integrations.
