Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary according to the position applied for and may include:

• Lead estimation and tendering activities for civil and mechanical projects.
• Prepare and review project estimates, quantities, and commercial documentation.
• Manage planning and scheduling activities for construction projects.
• Perform quantity surveying and mechanical commercial activities.
• Monitor project costs and support cost-control functions.
• Manage finance and financial administration activities.
• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety requirements.
• Conduct HSE inspections and support workplace safety compliance.
• Perform scaffolding inspections and supervision.
• Manage quality-control activities across welding, coating, civil, and steel-structure works.
• Prepare and review method statements, ITPs, material prequalification documents, and quality approvals.
• Perform electrical installation and maintenance activities.
• Lead electrical teams and support project execution.
• Perform automotive electrical repairs and air-conditioning installation and repair.
• Execute plumbing works according to project requirements.
• Perform steel fabrication, fit-up, measuring, cutting, drilling, grinding, and fitting.
• Perform multi-process welding using GTAW, GMAW, and SMAW processes.
• Execute painting and texture-painting works.
• Operate heavy vehicles, low-bed trailers, and tractor heads.
• Operate mobile and crawler cranes according to applicable requirements and licenses.
• Supervise MEP and civil site activities as a General Foreman.
• Manage project documentation and document-control activities.
• Support camp cleaning and accommodation-related operations.
• Perform government-relations activities where applicable.
