Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
- Lead engineering and operational activities.
- Manage large-scale oil and gas projects.
- Optimize operational efficiency and maintenance performance.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Strategic Planning
- Develop strategic plans supporting business objectives.
- Coordinate engineering documentation and technical records.
- Monitor project milestones and reporting.
- Support project planning and execution activities.
Business Support
- Develop high-quality communication and visual design materials.
- Support corporate communication initiatives.
- Produce creative assets aligned with company branding.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry is mandatory.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects.
Experience Requirements
Principal / Specialist
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or Maintenance.
Lead Engineer
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or Maintenance.
Senior Engineer
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or Maintenance.
Additional Skills
- Strong leadership and project coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
