A leading Oil & Gas Company is recruiting experienced engineering and construction professionals for a long-term Oil & Gas project in Oman. The organization is seeking highly qualified candidates with strong Oil & Gas project experience, particularly those with GCC or Middle East exposure, to support the successful delivery of major engineering and construction activities.
The available opportunities cover construction management, quantity surveying, piping engineering, and civil construction engineering. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring project quality, safety, schedule compliance, and efficient execution while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on complex Oil & Gas infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Multi-Discipline Construction Manager (CMEI)
- Lead multidisciplinary construction activities throughout project execution.
- Manage project schedules, construction teams, and contractor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and HSE regulations.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve project execution challenges.
Senior / Lead QS Engineer – CMEI
- Prepare project cost estimates, valuations, and commercial reports.
- Monitor project budgets and contract administration activities.
- Coordinate with project management teams on commercial matters.
- Support cost control and project financial performance.
Piping Project Engineer
- Supervise piping construction and installation activities.
- Coordinate engineering, fabrication, and commissioning teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Support project planning and execution activities.
Civil Construction Engineer
- Supervise civil construction activities for Oil & Gas facilities.
- Monitor construction quality, safety, and project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors and engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with approved engineering drawings and specifications.
Requirements & Qualifications
Multi-Discipline Construction Manager (CMEI)
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 18–22 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 10 years of GCC Oil & Gas experience.
Senior / Lead QS Engineer – CMEI
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 12–15 years of professional experience.
Piping Project Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8–12 years of Oil & Gas piping experience.
Civil Construction Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8–12 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
General Requirements
- GCC or Middle East Oil & Gas experience is highly preferred.
- Strong technical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively on large-scale engineering and construction projects.
