Job Overview

A healthcare opportunity is available in Qatar for Nurse Technicians / Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). The position is suitable for qualified nursing professionals with a valid DHP license and hands-on clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and patient-care support in accordance with approved clinical procedures.
• Assist patients with routine nursing and daily care requirements.
• Monitor patients and report relevant observations or changes to the appropriate medical team.
• Support nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering quality patient care.
• Assist with basic clinical procedures within the scope of the assigned license and qualifications.
• Maintain accurate patient-care documentation and records.
• Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and healthcare facility procedures.
• Ensure nursing equipment and patient-care areas are maintained appropriately.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
• Follow assigned shift schedules and organizational policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid DHP License as:
  • Nursing Assistant
  • Nurse Technician
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Nationality: Filipino.
• Gender: Female.
• Age: 40 years or below.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a clinical and team-based environment.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts.
