Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities within assigned disciplines.
• Ensure work is executed according to project specifications and engineering standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction schedules and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Review construction drawings, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Identify and resolve construction-related issues efficiently.
• Support project completion within approved timelines and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant engineering or technical discipline.
• Proven experience in Oil & Gas EPC Construction Projects.
• UAE/GCC project experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project execution.
• Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary construction teams.
