Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Technical Consultant to support enterprise Oracle ERP environments in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position is suited to professionals with 10+ years of hands-on Oracle ERP technical experience across Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud.

The successful candidate will work across Oracle technical development, integrations, data migration, performance tuning, and enterprise application technologies. Strong expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, XML/BI Publisher, Oracle Forms and Reports, OA Framework/ADF, and REST/SOAP APIs is required. Experience with OIC/OSB integrations and Saudi Arabia-specific ERP localizations will be highly relevant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain Oracle ERP technical solutions using PL/SQL and SQL.
• Develop and maintain reports using XML and BI Publisher.
• Work with Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Support Oracle OA Framework and ADF-based technical solutions.
• Develop and integrate REST and SOAP APIs.
• Design and support enterprise system integrations.
• Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Service Bus (OSB).
• Support data migration activities between ERP systems.
• Perform database and application performance tuning.
• Analyze technical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Support ERP integration testing and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Ensure technical solutions align with business requirements and applicable local regulations.
• Support KSA-specific ERP localization requirements where applicable.
• Contribute to technical documentation, standards, and implementation best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle ERP Technical experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL and SQL.
• Experience with XML and Oracle BI Publisher.
• Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Knowledge of Oracle OA Framework and/or ADF.
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with data migration and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience with OIC and/or OSB.
• Strong database and application performance tuning skills.
• Fluent English and Arabic communication skills are essential.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Candidates must be based in KSA or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• Experience with Saudi Arabia localizations is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of ZATCA e-invoicing/Fatoorah, GOSI, and MHRSD requirements is a strong advantage.
