Job Overview

Mastek is hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion Solution Architect specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Manufacturing for a permanent position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is designed for a senior Oracle ERP professional with extensive experience in enterprise transformation, Oracle Fusion implementations, and end-to-end SCM and manufacturing business processes.

The successful candidate will provide solution architecture expertise across Oracle Fusion transformation and implementation initiatives. The position requires a strong understanding of SCM and Manufacturing processes, associated integrations, cross-functional dependencies, and the interaction between supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and HCM functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion transformation and implementation initiatives.
• Define and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion solution architecture.
• Analyze SCM and Manufacturing business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Design solutions across end-to-end Supply Chain Management processes.
• Support Manufacturing process design and Oracle Fusion implementation.
• Analyze integrations between SCM, Manufacturing, Finance, HCM, and other enterprise systems.
• Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies across business processes.
• Provide technical and functional leadership throughout Oracle Fusion transformation programs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation teams.
• Support solution design, architecture decisions, and implementation planning.
• Ensure Oracle Fusion solutions align with enterprise business objectives.
• Contribute to process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide guidance on Oracle ERP architecture, integration, and business process alignment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 12+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion experience.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and HCM.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end SCM business processes.
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing business processes.
• Knowledge of associated system integrations and cross-functional dependencies.
• Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion transformation and implementation initiatives.
• Strong enterprise solution architecture and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Strong understanding of ERP transformation and implementation methodologies.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.

Preferred Industry Experience

• Food Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing and supply chain transformation programs is advantageous.
