Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join a construction team in Dubai. The position is focused on project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and construction project controls, with high-rise building experience mandatory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project schedules and monitoring construction progress using Primavera P6. UAE construction experience is preferred, and the role provides opportunities for career growth through exposure to high-rise projects, advanced project planning practices, professional development, and project controls training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction project schedules.
• Prepare and update project plans using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
• Track activities, milestones, and project deliverables.
• Identify schedule delays and support appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams to obtain accurate progress information.
• Prepare progress updates and planning reports.
• Support project teams with scheduling and planning requirements.
• Monitor construction activities against planned timelines.
• Assist with project forecasting and schedule analysis.
• Maintain accurate planning and project control documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry.
• High-rise building project experience is mandatory.
• UAE construction experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Strong understanding of construction project controls.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Must be available for an in-person interview in Dubai or Sharjah.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
