Key Responsibilities

Site Manager

• Manage construction and commissioning activities for large-scale power plant projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams across construction and commissioning phases.
• Coordinate site activities to ensure project objectives and technical requirements are achieved.
• Oversee construction and commissioning activities for large power plants and synchronous condenser projects.

• Troubleshoot technical and commissioning issues during project execution.

Project Engineer – Specialist

• Support specialist engineering activities associated with power plant commissioning and operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Site Manager – Western National

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of professional experience.
• Experience working on multinational and multidisciplinary projects.
• Proven experience managing construction and commissioning of large power plants.
• Experience with synchronous condenser projects.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Non-Western candidates must have SCE approval.

Senior Project Engineer – Commissioning

• Minimum 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Extensive experience in power plant commissioning and operations.
• Proven experience commissioning and operating 2,000 MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plants, or facilities of similar scale and complexity.
• Strong experience with large-scale CCGT projects.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in commissioning and operating major power generation facilities.
• Strong technical, coordination, and communication skills.

Project Engineer – Specialist

• Minimum 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Extensive experience in power plant commissioning and operations.
• Proven experience with 2,000 MW CCGT power plants, or facilities of comparable scale and complexity.
• Strong track record in large-scale CCGT projects.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in commissioning and operation of major power generation facilities.
• Strong technical and project coordination skills.
