Job Overview

UCC Holding is expanding its procurement team in Saudi Arabia to support major high-rise construction and luxury hospitality developments across the Kingdom. The organization is seeking experienced procurement professionals across multiple levels, from Procurement Officer to Procurement Team Leader, with strong expertise in construction and engineering projects.

These positions will contribute to strategic sourcing, procurement operations, vendor management, negotiations, and contract administration for large-scale developments. Candidates with experience in hospitality, VIP hotel, luxury hotel, and high-rise building projects are particularly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for construction and engineering projects.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with project requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage qualified suppliers and vendors.
• Conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers and service providers.
• Support procurement planning and ensure timely availability of materials and services.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, commercial, and other stakeholders.
• Support contract administration and procurement documentation.
• Evaluate quotations and commercial proposals.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies and project requirements.
• Contribute to cost optimization and efficient procurement practices.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience working on construction and engineering projects.
• Strong procurement experience within the construction industry.
• Mandatory experience in hospitality and VIP hotel projects.
• Experience with high-rise buildings and luxury hotel projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and vendor management.
• Experience in contract administration and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Engineering candidates should provide a valid SCE Certificate.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
