Job Overview

A long-term project opportunity is available for an experienced Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise application projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a 1-year extendable contract offering the opportunity to work on large-scale technology initiatives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project documentation, monitor risks and dependencies, and support governance activities throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end project activities across multiple technology initiatives.
• Support project planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting.
• Prepare project documentation, including project charters, Statements of Work (SOWs), RAID logs, and meeting minutes.
• Track project risks, issues, action items, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, and business teams.
• Support vendor management activities and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Assist with system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Produce project dashboards, KPI reports, and status updates.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Support project governance, compliance, and audit-related activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project coordination experience.
• Proven experience supporting IT infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to cybersecurity initiatives and enterprise technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and project reporting abilities.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Strong presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of IT operations.
• Experience with compliance or audit-related projects.
