Job Overview
A leading EPC contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager – EPC Water Infrastructure to lead a major water pipeline project in Taif, Saudi Arabia. This senior leadership position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced engineering professionals to oversee the successful execution of a large-scale infrastructure project while ensuring project quality, timely delivery, and effective stakeholder coordination.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource management, contractor coordination, and client communication. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in EPC and water infrastructure projects who are looking for long-term career growth in the infrastructure and utilities sector.
Working on a 20-month project, the selected candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining project standards, safety compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete execution of the EPC water infrastructure project.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Supervise engineering and construction teams throughout project execution.
- Prepare project reports and communicate progress to senior management.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges efficiently.
- Maintain effective stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in EPC or infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in water pipeline, water transmission, or utilities projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale EPC project delivery.
- Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
- Candidates available for immediate joining or short notice are highly preferred.

Salary
Basic Salary: SAR 27,000–30,000 per month + Benefits
