Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Ensure construction and engineering activities comply with approved project requirements.
• Monitor quality standards throughout project execution.
• Review project documentation and quality records.
• Identify quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with project teams and relevant stakeholders on quality-related matters.
• Support compliance with applicable engineering and construction standards.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to effective project quality management and continuous improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 15+ years of regional experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in a similar QA/QC role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• UPDA Grade A certification required.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures within construction or consultancy projects.
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Relevant regional project experience.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

The position offers an all-inclusive salary of up to QAR 14,000.
