Live Connections is hiring a Quality Analyst – Order Management / Contract Management for its Pune office. Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality audits on Order Management and Contract Management transactions.
• Review Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Quotes, Contracts, and Renewals for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor quality metrics and ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Provide constructive feedback to operations teams to improve service quality.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain audit documentation and quality reports in accordance with organizational standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Quality Analysis, Quality Assurance, or a related operational quality role.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Order Management (O2C).
• Experience with Contract Management.
• Sales Orders and Purchase Orders processing.
• Contract Renewals management.
• Transaction auditing and process compliance.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar ERP systems (Preferred).
