Job Overview

Zero One Solutions is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to support enterprise cybersecurity and data protection environments in Qatar. This role is focused on enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Forcepoint DLP, Forcepoint CASB and Proxy, data classification, cloud security, and information security operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, monitoring, tuning, and operational management of enterprise data protection technologies. The position is suited to professionals with strong hands-on experience in DLP, cloud access security, data discovery, regulatory compliance, and security monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and optimize Forcepoint DLP policies and controls.
• Perform DLP policy creation, tuning, monitoring, and incident management.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Purview Information Protection capabilities.
• Configure sensitivity labels, labeling policies, Sensitive Information Types, and auto-labeling.
• Support encryption and Information Rights Management configurations.
• Integrate Microsoft Purview capabilities with DLP policies and security controls.
• Manage Forcepoint CASB and Proxy solutions for data discovery and access governance.
• Conduct data risk assessments and security posture monitoring.
• Support endpoint DLP, network monitoring, and cloud application controls.
• Perform advanced data discovery across structured and unstructured data sources.
• Work with databases, file shares, cloud storage, and other enterprise data repositories.
• Support SIEM integration for DLP and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) environments.
• Ensure security controls align with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Participate in managed security services and cybersecurity consulting engagements.
• Investigate and respond to DLP and data security incidents.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, compliance, and technology teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Forcepoint DLP Certified Professional or Engineer certification.
• Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity certification relevant to Microsoft Purview, or proven hands-on implementation and operational experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise DLP, Microsoft Purview Information Protection, data classification, CASB, and secure web proxy management projects.
• Strong knowledge of Forcepoint DLP policy creation, tuning, and incident management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels, labeling policies, Sensitive Information Types, auto-labeling, encryption, Information Rights Management, and DLP integration.
• Strong knowledge of Forcepoint CASB and Proxy for data discovery, risk assessment, access governance, and posture monitoring.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, including GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint DLP, network monitoring, and cloud application controls.
• Knowledge of advanced data discovery across structured and unstructured data, databases, file shares, and cloud storage.
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms and DLP/DSPM integration.
• Experience working in managed security services or cybersecurity consulting environments.
• Candidates must be available in Qatar.
