Pillars Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant / Chief Accountant to lead its accounting operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily accounting operations.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, company policies, and internal controls.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial records.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
• Utilize ERP systems to improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Supervise and mentor accounting team members where applicable.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 7–10 years of professional accounting experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior or supervisory accounting role.
• Experience in Retail, Food & Beverage (F&B), Hospitality, or multi-branch organizations is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with monthly closing and financial reconciliations.
• Excellent understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of internal controls and financial compliance.
