Job Overview

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst – Technology Resilience to support its technology resilience and disaster recovery management programs in Dubai. The role focuses on technology resilience management, business impact analysis, disaster recovery planning, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will contribute to strengthening organizational resilience by managing Technology Business Impact Analysis (BIA), threat assessments, resilience plans, recovery strategies, and technology resilience testing. Experience within the aviation industry and major project management environments is preferred.

This position provides an opportunity to develop expertise in technology resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity, risk management, and regulatory compliance while contributing to enterprise-level resilience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Technology Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Threat Assessments.
• Develop and maintain Technology Resilience Plans and recovery runbooks.
• Plan and coordinate technology resilience testing and exercises.
• Conduct Technology Resilience Capability Assessments.
• Implement and maintain ISO 22301 and NCEMA standards.
• Identify resilience gaps and document risks within the Technology Risk Register.
• Develop annual training and testing calendars.
• Coordinate with technology, business, and risk stakeholders.
• Prepare program milestones and reporting.
• Develop presentations for senior management and top management.
• Maintain resilience dashboards, SharePoint resources, and program documentation.
• Support the design and implementation of technology resilience and disaster recovery initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field.
• Overall professional experience: 7–10 years.
• Relevant experience: 5–7 years.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Technology or a related field.
• ISO 22301 certification is required.
• Disaster Recovery certification is required.
• Experience in Technology Resilience, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or related areas.
• Aviation industry experience is preferred.
• Major project management experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strategic thinking and program management skills.
