Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Digital Banking to join a key Digital Banking Programme in Dubai, UAE on an urgent basis. The role is suited to professionals with 8+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, BRD documentation, digital transformation, and collaboration across business and technology teams.

The successful candidate will lead requirements-gathering activities, translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, develop business documentation and RFPs, and work closely with business, product, and technology stakeholders. Experience within UAE or GCC banking environments will be highly relevant, particularly across digital channels, payments, WPS, lending, core banking, and system or API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Develop detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Prepare process documentation and business-process materials.
• Develop and support Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation.
• Collaborate closely with technology, product, business, and project stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions between business teams and technology teams to ensure alignment.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.
• Document functional requirements, business processes, and solution expectations.
• Support the delivery of digital banking programme initiatives.
• Ensure requirements are clearly communicated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to system, process, and integration-related discussions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience in business analysis and BRD documentation.
• Proven experience within banking, digital banking, or digital transformation environments.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements.
• Experience working across both business and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Experience developing process documentation and RFPs.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in one or more of the following domains is preferred:
  • UAE or GCC Banking
  • Digital Channels and Payments
  • Wage Protection System (WPS)
  • Lending
  • Core Banking
  • System and API Integrations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced digital banking programme.
