Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary according to the position and may include:
- Lead and manage construction and engineering projects.
- Supervise civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and MEP activities.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
- Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Review technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Support tender preparation, technical proposals, and commercial coordination.
- Manage project schedules and planning activities.
- Coordinate logistics and construction-related supply chain operations.
- Implement QA/QC procedures and quality management systems.
- Conduct inspections and monitor compliance with project specifications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Support business development, sales, and client acquisition activities where applicable.
- Ensure construction activities comply with applicable technical and contractual requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and support project teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in construction and/or contracting.
- Experience appropriate to the specific position being applied for.
- Candidates must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
- Valid transferable Iqama is required.
- Arab nationality only, as specified in the original vacancy.

- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
