Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil QA/QC Manager to lead civil and structural quality assurance and quality control activities for a major high-rise 5-star hotel project in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The role is intended for experienced construction quality professionals with a proven track record managing QA/QC functions on major building projects.

The successful candidate will oversee quality activities across structural, concrete, architectural, and finishing works. Responsibilities include developing QA/QC plans, ITPs, method statements, inspection procedures, managing NCRs and corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and approved quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Civil and Structural QA/QC activities across the project.
• Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans.
• Prepare and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Develop and review method statements and inspection procedures.
• Supervise inspections for:
  • Structural works
  • Concrete works
  • Architectural works
  • Finishing works
• Review construction drawings and project specifications for quality compliance.
• Review material submittals and ensure compliance with approved requirements.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspections and quality-related activities with consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection records.
• Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, international standards, and approved procedures.
• Monitor quality performance and identify areas requiring corrective or preventive action.
• Support continuous improvement of project quality processes and standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong professional experience in Civil QA/QC Management for major building projects.
• Mandatory: Proven 5-star hotel construction experience.
• Mandatory: Proven high-rise tower construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality requirements related to:
  • Concrete
  • Structural works
  • Architectural works
  • Finishing works
• Strong experience developing and implementing QA/QC plans, ITPs, method statements, and inspection procedures.
• Experience managing NCRs, corrective actions, inspections, and quality documentation.
• Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
• Strong consultant and subcontractor coordination capabilities.
• Good understanding of project specifications, international standards, and approved construction procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Candidates must be residents of KSA (Saudi Arabia).
