Job Overview

Redcon International is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support building construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The position is suited to professionals with 5–7 years of relevant experience in building electrical systems, site execution, and coordination with main contractors.

The successful candidate will have extensive technical knowledge of low-current and ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, SMATV, Data/Telecom, and other building technology systems. Experience with swimming pool electrical systems is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate electrical works across building construction projects.
• Support site execution of building electrical systems.
• Coordinate electrical activities with main contractors and project teams.
• Supervise and coordinate installation of low-current and ELV systems.
• Work with systems including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, SMATV, Data/Telecom, and other ELV systems.
• Coordinate electrical works for swimming pool systems where applicable.
• Review electrical drawings and shop drawings.
• Review and follow up on material submittals.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate RFIs.
• Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and project requirements.
• Coordinate electrical works with MEP, Civil, and Consultant teams.
• Identify and support resolution of technical and site-related electrical issues.
• Maintain effective technical communication and project coordination.
• Support project documentation and reporting requirements.
• Ensure electrical and ELV works progress according to project requirements and schedules.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
• Strong experience in building electrical systems and site execution.
• Experience working with main contractors.
• Extensive experience with low-current and ELV systems, including:
  • CCTV
  • Access Control
  • Fire Alarm
  • SMATV
  • Data/Telecom
  • Other ELV systems
• Experience with swimming pool electrical systems is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical drawings and shop drawings.
• Experience with material submittals and RFIs.
• Strong site coordination and technical communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with MEP, Civil, and Consultant teams.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Candidates should be ready for an immediate move to Saudi Arabia.
